Welcome to Firgun Travels. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the travel experiences we offer. By booking a trip with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Bookings & Payments

A booking is confirmed once we receive your reservation amount. The remaining balance is due before the date specified in your trip details. Prices are per person unless stated otherwise.

3. Traveler Responsibilities

You are responsible for carrying valid identification, required permits, and any personal travel insurance. Please follow the guidance of your trip leader at all times for your safety and that of the group.

4. Changes & Cancellations

We reserve the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, safety, or circumstances beyond our control. Cancellation terms are described in our Cancellation & Refund policy.

5. Liability

Firgun Travels is not liable for losses arising from events outside our reasonable control, including natural conditions, transport delays, or personal negligence.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
