Executive Summary: These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Firgun Travels’ website and services. They outline the rules for bookings, payments, cancellations, and travel arrangements. By booking through Firgun (Firgun Travels Pvt. Ltd.), you agree to these terms, which protect both you and us during the booking process and your travel. Please read them carefully, as they explain important details like your responsibilities, refund policies, and what happens in case of unforeseen events (like strikes or natural disasters).
1. Scope and Definitions
Applicability: These Terms apply to all customers (“you”, “User”) booking travel services via Firgun’s website, app, or agents. Firgun Travels Pvt. Ltd. (“Firgun”, “we”, “our”) is the facilitator for travel bookings. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services: “Services” include transportation (flights, trains, buses), accommodation, tours, activities, and related travel arrangements offered on our platform. Firgun is an intermediary and not the direct provider of these services.
Bookings: When you make a booking, a contract is formed between you and the travel supplier (airline, hotel, etc.). Firgun acts as your agent, passing your details and payment to the supplier.
User Representations: You confirm you are 18 or older and able to enter this contract. If booking for others, you guarantee you have their consent to share their details.
2. Booking and Payment
How to Book: You must provide accurate information (names as per travel ID, dates, etc.). Errors (e.g. spelling, date) are your responsibility; we are not liable for mistakes once booked.
Pricing & Taxes: Prices include applicable taxes and fees as displayed at booking. Firms strive for accuracy, but in case of pricing errors, Firgun may contact you to confirm, or cancel the booking with a full refund. Final prices are confirmed at checkout.
Payment Methods: We accept payments by credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI and other online methods. All payments go through secure third-party gateways with encryption. The funds are received by the travel supplier to confirm your booking. Some banks/UPI apps may charge transaction fees, for which we are not responsible.
Failure to Pay: Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received. If a payment fails (e.g. bank error), we will try to notify you. If unsuccessful, the booking may be canceled without liability to us.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
By You: Any cancellation or change must follow the specific policies of the service provider (airline, hotel). Generally, you must request refunds through Firgun, and we will initiate it with the provider. Non-utilized bookings (no-shows) may have limited or no refunds, depending on the provider.
By Service Provider: If a supplier (e.g. airline) cancels your confirmed booking, we will refund all amounts received from you within a reasonable time. If alternatives are offered (e.g. rebooking on another flight) and you accept, you may pay any price difference.
Cancellation Fees: Cancellation and amendment fees are determined by the providers’ rules, not Firgun. We will inform you of any applicable fees or schedule changes when known.
Refund Timeline: Once a refund is approved by the provider, we aim to process it within 15–30 business days back to your original payment method.
Refund Limits: In all cases, Firgun’s obligation is limited to amounts we have received from you. We cannot refund charges paid directly to vendors (e.g. airlines, hotels) unless they are returned to us.
4. Changes and Rescheduling
Changes to travel dates or itinerary are subject to the provider’s change policy. We can facilitate changes through Firgun if the supplier allows it, and you will be responsible for any change fees or fare differences. Requests should be made promptly; delays may lead to loss of service or additional charges.
5. User Responsibilities
Accurate Information: You must provide true information (names, ages, passport numbers, health info) and update it if it changes. Incorrect info may result in denial of service or additional charges for correction.
Travel Documents: You are responsible for valid passports, visas, vaccinations, permits, insurance, and compliance with immigration regulations. Firgun can advise but is not liable if you are denied boarding or entry due to missing documents.
Conduct: You must behave responsibly on travel (no violating laws or supplier rules). Suppliers may refuse service for misconduct (e.g. violence, intoxication). Firgun will not be liable if a supplier cancels your service for such reasons.
Third-Party Services: When booking local tours or transfers, you engage third-party providers. Firgun is not the operator of these services. Any disputes or claims (quality, safety) must be raised directly with the provider. We can assist but are not liable for their actions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Firgun’s site (logos, text, photos) is owned by Firgun or our partners and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may use our site and materials only as permitted (e.g. viewing, personal planning). Any unauthorized use (copying for commercial purposes, linking without permission) is prohibited.
7. Liability and Indemnity
Service Disclaimer: Firgun is an agent and does not own or operate flights, hotels, etc. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage due to the acts/omissions of third-party providers. For example, if a flight is delayed or lost baggage, the airline’s terms apply, not Firgun.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Firgun’s total liability for any claims is limited to the amounts you paid Firgun for the impacted service. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. missed vacation days, emotional distress).
Indemnification: You agree to defend and hold Firgun (and its officers/partners) harmless from any third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the services. For example, if you violate visa rules and incur penalties, you indemnify us.
8. Force Majeure
Firgun is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (“Force Majeure”), such as natural disasters, strikes, terrorism, pandemics, or government actions. If a Force Majeure forces cancellation, we will try to help arrange alternatives or refunds based on the supplier’s policies, but cannot guarantee them.
9. Payment Security
We partner with secure payment gateways (SSL-encrypted) to process your payments. Firgun does not store complete card data on its servers. Ensure you protect your account login and do not share passwords or OTPs with anyone.
10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes (e.g. breach of contract) shall be resolved by arbitration in [City, e.g. Gurugram/Haryana] or through courts of competent jurisdiction in [City, e.g. New Delhi]. No class actions.
11. Grievance Mechanism
In compliance with the Information Technology Act 2000 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, Firgun has a Grievance Officer to address customer complaints.

Please include your booking or transaction ID in all communications. We will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within a few weeks.
12. Severability and Modifications
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. We may revise these Terms at any time (e.g. to reflect changes in law or business). We will post the updated date and notify you. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
