Cancellation by Traveler

Cancellations made well in advance of the departure date are eligible for a partial refund. The exact terms are shown on each trip’s detail page.


Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Booking amounts may be non-refundable as noted at the time of booking.


Cancellation by Us

If we cancel a trip for reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another departure.


Non-Refundable Items

Permits, visa fees, and third-party charges already incurred on your behalf are non-refundable.
